1. ISSUANCE  OF CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF TAX DECLARATION

The certified true copy will be issued to the client based from the office files of Tax Declaration

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Official Receipt of Payment
2. Photocopy of Title (if titled property)
3. Lot Number
4. Previous Tax Declaration

2. ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATION OF LAND HOLDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS

Certification of Land holdings/Improvements will be issued to the client upon completion of the requirements.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1.    Name of Declared Owner and Spouse
2.    Official Receipts for:
-    Payment for  real property tax
-    Certification fee

 

FEES ( subject to change upon approval of Revised Revenue Code )

3. ASSESSMENT OF NEW BUILDING, MACHINERY AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

New Tax Declaration (TD) has to be prepared for newly constructed buildings, newly installed machineries and other improvements.

The Municipal Assessors Office will conduct field inspection to assess the value of the property.

The TD will be the permanent record in the real property and also for real property tax.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1.    Letter Request addressed to Municipal Assessor signed by the owner
2.    Blue print for approved building plan

4. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF REAL PROPERTIES

Tax Declaration will be prepared on the real properties for transfer of ownership upon compliance of the requirements.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Duly registered Deeds of conveyance (Deed of Sale, Deed of Partition and etc.) from the office of the Register of Deeds.
2. Certificate of Title (if Titled property)
3. ketch plan (if subdivided property)
4. Official receipt of payment of  real property tax or tax clearance.
