SERVICES
SECURING SERVICES FROM WATER SERVICE CONNECTION
This LGU- run economic enterprise services aims to provide sufficient water and efficient service delivery to Dauisanons. The LGU -run waterworks system is covered by Municipal Consolidated Ordinance No 8 Series of 2006 .
The qualified applicants for water service are the following :
- Applicants for water service shall be owner of the house or building
- Applicants for institutional may be the owner or administrator
- Applicants for commercial and industrial may be the owner , manager or chief executive officer.
All water meters of the consumers shall be installed three (3) meters distance from the main distribution line of the System.

2. Purok clearance for barangay Totolan only
3. Permit from DPWH if it will traverse the national road

HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE
- Application Forms
Client fills up four copies application forms for water service connection at waterworks office.
Four copies are for : Owner’s Copy, Treasurer’s Office , Office of the Mayor, Office File
Waterworks staff interviews the client and requires the client to sketch the location of where services are to be connected.
